Docpen-এ স্বাগতম
এই শর্তাবলিতে Docpen ব্যবহারের নিয়ম ও আপনার দায়িত্বগুলো ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে। Docpen ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি এবং আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালায় সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। আপনি সম্মত না হলে অনুগ্রহ করে Docpen ব্যবহার করবেন না।
Docpen কী?
Docpen-এর মাধ্যমে আপনি সহজেই চিকিৎসকের সিরিয়াল নিতে এবং আপনার প্রেসক্রিপশনগুলো এক জায়গায় সংরক্ষণ করতে পারবেন।
তবে Docpen কোনো চিকিৎসক, হাসপাতাল বা ফার্মেসি নয় এবং এটি কোনো চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ প্রদান করে না। আপনার রোগ নির্ণয়, চিকিৎসা এবং চিকিৎসা-সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্তের দায়িত্ব আপনার চিকিৎসকের।
জরুরি চিকিৎসা পরিস্থিতি
আপনার স্বাস্থ্য ও নিরাপত্তা সবার আগে।
জরুরি চিকিৎসার প্রয়োজন হলে নিকটস্থ হাসপাতালে যান অথবা ৯৯৯ নম্বরে ফোন করুন।
জরুরি অবস্থায় চিকিৎসকের সিরিয়াল বা অ্যাপের সেবার জন্য অপেক্ষা করবেন না।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও দায়িত্ব
আপনি নিজের মোবাইল নম্বর এবং এককালীন যাচাইকরণ কোড (OTP) ব্যবহার করে Docpen-এ সাইন ইন করতে পারবেন।
আপনার মোবাইল ফোন ও OTP নিরাপদে রাখুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হওয়া কার্যক্রমের দায়িত্ব আপনার।
আপনি নিজের অ্যাকাউন্টে পরিবারের সদস্যদের যুক্ত করলে, তাঁদের তথ্য পরিচালনা এবং তাঁদের পক্ষ থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহারের দায়িত্বও আপনার।
অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ও সিরিয়াল
চিকিৎসকের চেম্বার থেকেই সিরিয়াল এবং সম্ভাব্য ভিজিটের সময় নির্ধারণ করা হয়।
কিছু বিষয় মনে রাখুন:
- অ্যাপে দেখানো ভিজিটের সময়টি আনুমানিক এবং পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- চেম্বারের নির্ধারিত বাতিলের সময়সীমার মধ্যে উপস্থিত হতে না পারলে আপনার সিরিয়াল বাতিল করুন।
- চেম্বার প্রয়োজনে অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট বাতিল বা সময় পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। চেম্বারের সেটিং অনুযায়ী আপনাকে SMS অথবা অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
- চিকিৎসকের ফি সরাসরি চেম্বারে পরিশোধ করতে হবে, Docpen-কে নয়।
প্রেসক্রিপশন ও চিকিৎসা-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য
Docpen-এ আপনার চিকিৎসক যেভাবে স্বাক্ষর করেছেন, প্রেসক্রিপশনটি ঠিক সেভাবেই দেখানো হয়।
রোগ নির্ণয়, ওষুধ, ডোজ, পরামর্শ বা প্রেসক্রিপশনের অন্য কোনো বিষয় নিয়ে প্রশ্ন থাকলে যিনি প্রেসক্রিপশনটি দিয়েছেন, সেই চিকিৎসকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করুন।
চিকিৎসক কোনো প্রেসক্রিপশন সংশোধন করলে নতুন একটি সংস্করণ তৈরি হয় এবং সেটিই সংশোধিত প্রেসক্রিপশন হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয়। আগের সংস্করণে সেটি সংশোধিত হয়েছে বলে উল্লেখ থাকবে।
Docpen-এর সঠিক ব্যবহার
আমরা চাই Docpen সবার জন্য নিরাপদ, নির্ভরযোগ্য ও কার্যকর একটি সেবা হয়ে উঠুক। তাই Docpen ব্যবহারের সময়:
- সব সময় সঠিক ও সত্য তথ্য প্রদান করুন।
- যে সিরিয়ালে উপস্থিত হওয়ার ইচ্ছা নেই, সেটি বুক করবেন না।
- নিজের মোবাইল নম্বর ব্যবহার করুন।
- অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত বা চিকিৎসা-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য অনুমতি ছাড়া দেখার চেষ্টা করবেন না।
- অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর গোপনীয়তা ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের প্রতি সম্মান দেখান।
সেবার প্রাপ্যতা
Docpen সব সময় সচল ও ব্যবহারযোগ্য রাখতে আমরা কাজ করি। তবে কখনো কখনো সাময়িকভাবে সেবা বন্ধ থাকতে পারে বা ব্যবহার করতে সমস্যা হতে পারে।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ চিকিৎসা-সংক্রান্ত প্রয়োজনে আপনার প্রেসক্রিপশনের প্রিন্ট করা অথবা ডাউনলোড করা একটি কপি সংরক্ষণে রাখুন, যেন প্রয়োজনের সময় সেটি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
Docpen ব্যবহার বন্ধ করা
আপনি যেকোনো সময় Docpen ব্যবহার বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ জানাতে আমাদের লিখুন: help@docpen.app
Docpen-এর অপব্যবহার করলে অথবা এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘন করলে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা ব্যবহার সীমিত করতে পারি।
আমাদের দায়বদ্ধতা
Docpen বর্তমান অবস্থায় এবং প্রাপ্যতার ভিত্তিতে সেবা প্রদান করে। প্রযোজ্য আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, চিকিৎসকদের নেওয়া চিকিৎসা-সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত অথবা Docpen সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ থাকা বা ব্যবহার করা না যাওয়ার কারণে সৃষ্ট ক্ষতির জন্য Docpen দায়ী থাকবে না।
তবে প্রযোজ্য আইনে যে দায়বদ্ধতা সীমিত বা বাদ দেওয়ার অনুমতি নেই, এই শর্তাবলির মাধ্যমে তা সীমিত বা বাদ দেওয়া হবে না।
শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন
আমাদের সেবা বা প্রয়োজনীয়তার পরিবর্তনের সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্য রাখতে আমরা সময়ে সময়ে এই শর্তাবলি হালনাগাদ করতে পারি।
শর্তাবলিতে পরিবর্তন আনা হলে এই পৃষ্ঠার উপরে সর্বশেষ হালনাগাদের তারিখ উল্লেখ করা হবে। পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলি পড়ে নতুন করে সম্মতি দেওয়ার জন্য অ্যাপ আপনাকে অনুরোধ করতে পারে।
এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
চেম্বারের কর্মীদের জন্য অতিরিক্ত শর্তাবলি
আপনি যদি কোনো চিকিৎসকের চেম্বার টিমের সদস্য হিসেবে Docpen ব্যবহার করেন, তাহলে আপনার জন্য নিচের নিয়মগুলোও প্রযোজ্য হবে:
- রোগীর নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ভাইটালস এবং অন্যান্য ব্যক্তিগত বা চিকিৎসা-সংক্রান্ত তথ্য শুধু অনুমোদিত চেম্বারের কাজে ব্যবহার করুন। অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব তথ্য কারও সঙ্গে শেয়ার, কপি বা ছবি তুলবেন না।
- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে করা প্রতিটি কাজ—যেমন সিরিয়াল বুকিং, অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের অবস্থা পরিবর্তন এবং ভাইটালস সংরক্ষণ—আপনার নামেই রেকর্ড করা হবে।
- যে চিকিৎসক আপনাকে টিমে যুক্ত করেছেন, তিনিই আপনার প্রবেশাধিকার ও অনুমতি নির্ধারণ করবেন। তিনি যেকোনো সময় আপনাকে টিম থেকে সরিয়ে দিতে পারবেন। সেক্ষেত্রে আপনি আর সেই চেম্বারের তথ্য দেখতে পারবেন না।
- Docpen ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে রোগীদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলি এবং গোপনীয়তা নীতিমালাও আপনার জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Welcome to Docpen
These Terms of Use explain the rules for using Docpen. By accessing or using Docpen, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Docpen.
What Is Docpen?
Docpen makes it easier to book serials with doctors and keep your prescriptions organised in one place.
However, Docpen is not a doctor, hospital, or pharmacy, and it does not provide medical advice. Your doctor is responsible for your diagnosis, treatment, and medical decisions.
Medical Emergencies
Your health comes first. If you experience a medical emergency, visit the nearest hospital or call 999 immediately.
Do not wait for a doctor's serial or depend on the app during an emergency.
Your Account and Responsibilities
You can sign in to Docpen using your mobile number and a one-time verification code.
Keep your phone and verification codes secure. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.
If you add family members to your account, you are responsible for managing their information and using your account on their behalf.
Doctor Appointments and Serials
Your serial and estimated visiting time are provided by the doctor's chamber.
Please keep in mind:
- The displayed visiting time is an estimate and may change.
- If you cannot attend, cancel your serial before the chamber's cancellation deadline.
- The chamber may cancel or reschedule an appointment. Depending on its settings, you will be notified through SMS or the app.
- Consultation fees are paid directly to the doctor's chamber, not to Docpen.
Prescriptions and Medical Information
Docpen displays prescriptions exactly as signed by your doctor.
If you have questions about a diagnosis, medicine, dosage, advice, or any other prescription detail, please contact the doctor who issued it.
If a doctor corrects a prescription, a new version is created and replaces the previous version. The earlier version will indicate that it has been corrected.
Responsible Use of Docpen
We want Docpen to remain useful and trustworthy for everyone. When using Docpen, please:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Book only the serials you genuinely intend to attend.
- Use your own mobile number.
- Respect other people's privacy and do not attempt to access their personal or medical information without permission.
Service Availability
We do our best to keep Docpen available and running smoothly. However, temporary interruptions or service unavailability may occur.
For important medical needs, keep a printed or downloaded copy of your prescriptions so you can access them when needed.
Stopping Your Use of Docpen
You can stop using Docpen at any time.
If you want to delete your account, contact us at help@docpen.app.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that misuse Docpen or violate these terms.
Our Responsibility
Docpen is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Docpen is not responsible for medical decisions made by doctors or losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or unavailability.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our services or requirements.
Whenever we make changes, the updated date will appear at the top of this page, and the app may ask you to review and agree to the updated terms before continuing to use Docpen.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Additional Terms for Chamber Staff
If you use Docpen as a member of a doctor's chamber team, the following rules also apply:
- Use patients' names, mobile numbers, vital signs, and other personal or medical information strictly for authorised chamber activities. Do not share, copy, or photograph this information for unauthorised purposes.
- Actions performed through your account, including bookings, appointment status updates, and recording vital signs, are logged under your name.
- The doctor who adds you to the team controls your access and permissions. They may remove you from the team at any time, after which you will no longer have access to the chamber's information.
- The patient Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of Docpen.
